The Marella room was spacious and beautifully designed. The staff was kind, great to shower before our flight after a hot day exploring. Dalila's dinner was a standout experience, and the Riad was looked super fresh and uniquely decorated. Can't wait to return 😊

Really good Staff and Beautiful Design
The communal spaces were filled with beautiful greenery and flowers, and I loved how cute the staff were, especially Ibtissam at reception. The breakfast was superb, with an amazing selection of homemade breads and fresh jams, all served on fine handmade ceramics. One downside was that the check-in process felt a bit disorganized, as we had to wait longer than expected for our room to be ready.

It was just a well-suited match for a brief pit stop in Marrakesh with good value for price. The pool view was fine and really helped us unwind after a long day exploring. Be aware that there are narrow staircases to access some areas.

At times, the service felt slightly slow during peak hours.

I really enjoyed my stay in the Superior Suite, especially the daily coffee from the Nespresso machine and the gorgeous Moroccan tiles everywhere. The spa was a perfect spot for unwinding with a relaxing massage, and I loved lounging by the heated swimming pool too. The only small hiccup was a short wait during check-in, but it didn't take away from the great experience overall! 😊

The room was gigantic, and I felt pampered by the fine decor and cleanliness. The location is a cozy escape from the bustling streets, perfect for relaxation.
Funny enough, I missed having a TV. Guess I had to detox from reality a bit more than planned!
